Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) Certification

Sollega, Inc. hereby certifies that its FastRack 510-6dg C&I racking system and associated components are compliant with the Foreign Entity of Concern ('FEOC') requirements as defined in Internal Revenue Code §7701(a)(51), as amended by the Inflation Reduction Act, and as clarified in IRS Notice 2026-15.

Sollega, Inc. is a United States corporation and is not owned by, controlled by, or subject to the jurisdiction or direction of any Foreign Entity of Concern as defined by applicable law.

Product and Manufacturing Certification

The following components of the FastRack 510-6dg system are manufactured in the United States:

• FastRack 510-6dg base units (injection molded in Baldwin Park, California)
• Raw material: glass-reinforced Nylon 6 (compounded in the United States)
• Aluminum clamps and rail components, including the Pull Clamp (FR-PC-A) and End Clamp (FR-EC)
• Eco Standard Aluminum Rail (9 ft / 2740 mm and 10 ft / 3050 mm)
• Mechanical anchor components

These components are manufactured at facilities located in California and Ohio. Sollega, Inc. has manufactured solar mounting products in the United States since 2010.

Supply Chain and FEOC Compliance Statement

Sollega, Inc. certifies that:

• It is not a Foreign Entity of Concern.
• It is not owned by, controlled by, or subject to the jurisdiction or direction of a Foreign Entity of Concern.
• Sollega does not knowingly manufacture, source, or supply FastRack products using materials or components prohibited under IRC §7701(a)(51).
• It maintains internal controls and documentation sufficient to verify compliance.
• Sollega can provide traceability documentation upon request to support audit, tax, and compliance verification.

Purpose of Certification

This certification is provided to support customer qualification for federal tax credits and incentives, including domestic content and FEOC compliance requirements under applicable Treasury and IRS guidance, including IRS Notice 2026-15.
