Suggested ground preparation for proper installation of Sollega FR510 racking units.
- All sites should first be verified by a civil engineer to ensure proper drainage and stability.
- Clear the site of all vegetation and treat with herbicide.
- Grade the site to be within a 0–7° slope.
- Install a geotextile layer across the site to prevent organic growth.
- Put down a layer of aggregate or road base for drainage (1/2" with a smaller 1/4" on top).
